Northwood Deaconess Health Center is going to be restarting their Sports Enhancement Program this summer from June 3rd to August 2nd.

STUDENTS: Please PRINT YOUR NAME VERY CLEARLY when you sign your name on the Sign-up Sheet for Shuttle Rides.
Anyone who needs a shuttle after school SIGN UP BY 2pm on the sign-up sheet by the office. REMINDER – If you need a ride after practice,
you MUST use a Dakota Prairie Shuttle to practice.
The Cooks need all students to enter their Lunch Code if they are taking/receiving anything from the serving line, even if just one item.
The correct number of students eating is important for the budget to continue providing food. If food is taken or received without
the Lunch Code entered, the student’s Lunch Code will be charged.
